BeCandle begins with one’s spirit of experiment to a team of passionate artisans, the fragrance together with the vibration of Sai Kung, an old town in Hong Kong. A decade of focus on sourcing the best materials, aiming to create high quality fragrance products for customers, all infused in each product that you love and enjoy.

BeCandle’s candles are made out of a mixture of soy and vegetal wax, lead-free cotton wick, fine fragrances, and essential oil.

Yes. Please make sure your container's material and shape is heat-resistant and suitable for a refill. The price for refillery is $0.9HKD per gram. The refilled candles will be ready for pick-up in 10 working days.

Certainly. You may return the containers in our Sai Kung shop.

To avoid candle tunneling
Let it burn until the candle surface is melted: It should take at least 1-2 hours each time.

To preserve quality
Do not burn your candle longer than 4 hours.

To prevent a large frame and container blackening
Always trim your candle wick to 5mm to 1cm before each burn.

To avoid heat damage to the surface
Do not burn the candles below 5mm from the base.

All BeCandle’s products are made with an intention for safe use to adults, children, and pet alikes. BeCandle’s products are not tested on animals, for best results, all products should be used under the directions from the product’s warning label. Since each pet has a different sensitivity and tolerance to their environment, should any concern arise about using BeCandle’s products around pets, please consult veterinarians directly. 

Not necessarily. BeCandle manufactures candles with ingredients that are certified to be safe and approved for use in candles. (e.g IFRA certified fragrance).

Yes, we do. BeCandle offers shipment globally. Shipment charges apply and vary, you may see the shipping charge on the check out.

BeCandle takes 2-7 working days to process and dispatch the order.

If you would like to make any change to an order you have placed, please contact us as soon as possible at info@becandle.com.hk,  with your Order Confirmation Email. Once your order status has changed to “SHIPPED”, no changes can be made.

Once your order is dispatched, BeCandle will send you a Shipment Notification by email with the information of the courier used and the tracking number of your order in it.  (check your spam folder in case you did not receive a notification).

Please contact us at info@becandle.com.hk within 3 days of receipt, stating the problem and attach relevant photos if possible.

在八號、九號、十號颱風或黑色暴雨下，當日的工作坊將取消舉行，團隊將會盡快聯絡，並安排在六個月內補辦。

For affected participants under typhoon T8, T9, T10, and Black rainstorm, a reschedule will be offered within the next 6 months.

若身體感到不適，或新冠病毒測試中呈陽性，請儘早通知，並在此提交更改工作坊日期的申請。

Formulate Candle journey will continue as usual with imposed safety measurement. Participants who are unwell or tested positive for COVID-19 may submit a request here.
(Only requests made before class starts (due to sickness, with proof) will be entertained.)

每個報名只適用於一位參加者，如果未有報名之人士，團隊有權拒絕該人士進入工作坊空間。

Each enrollment is entitled to one person only. Accompanying companion(s) without enrollment could be refused to enter workshop space.

在監護人陪同下，11歲或以下的小童可以一同留在工作坊空間，毋需額外報名。

Children in age 11 or lower can stay with guardians in workshop space, enrollment is not needed.

基於安全理由，六至十一歲的小童在家長或監護人在旁陪同下，方可參加工作坊，而其家長或監護人毋需額外報名。

Due to our safety measurement, we accept conditional enrollment for children between the ages of 6 and 11. Parental or guardian supervision must be present in the duration of the workshop. The guardian's enrollment is not needed.

團隊會按參加者遲到的情況作適當的安排。

Out of respect to other class participants and to maintain our experience, latcomers may not be admitted to workshop until intermission.

如果任何參加者因個人理由，無法在預約的日子出席，請於工作坊開始前一星期提早通知，團隊會按各人情況而作出特別安排，每人只可免費安排一次日期更改。

In Formulate Candle Journey, we cherish the enjoyment of our participants. If any participant is absent or drops out for personal reasons, please inform us one week before the class begins. Our team will do our best to accommodate your request on a case to case basis.
