Pick up wrong location
They messed up the pick up location, wasted a trip to central just to find out it was left at the East hotel pop up shop

My last purchase was early Nov at Sai Kung store and it was refill service. Didn’t buy no.26. And I had requested to deliver the 500g 蓋with my order together but it didn’t deliver to me eventually. Tried to text the number but no one get back. I am so confuse as you have so many numbers but I dunno which can be reached.
